I am a man with a heart

The article “I am a man with a heart”, states the personal experience of Andrew Thi. He and his family escaped Cambodia as refugees when he was six years old. His father worked hard to offer him better education. Thi did well in school and got lots of recommendation letters. However, he could not control his desire and stool again and again. He has been in and out of the juvenile hall many times and finally been threaten to be deported.

In the article Thi shows his regret. He wanted to control himself, but he failed. I am not surprise he will be threatened to deport after all these crimes. For people who do not have green card, they will be deported after they commit crimes or be suspected in the crime. Thi escaped with his family when he was six years old, in some sense, he is not American to federal government. It is not surprise the police and the government decide to deport him since he is not traditional American to them.

Question: People will be threatened to leave the US in what degree of crime?
