 In the article “Profile America Fact for Features Asian American and Pacific Islanders Census 2010”, it showed the number of population, education, voting, business and so on about Asian American and Pacific Islanders. Comparing the data of Asian American and Native Hawaiian, I found that Asian American is one of the largest population groups in America. For this reason, people pay lots of attention about Asian American. From the data of education, it showed that Asian American and Native Hawaiian are similar. The percentage of single-race who had at least a high school diploma for Asian American and Native Hawaiian is almost the same. However, the percentage of single-race who had at least a bachelor’s degree is totally different. Asian American had more people who had at least a bachelor’s degree. For the business part, it showed that the Asian American owned a lot of firms and receipts more than Native Hawaiian. For this article, it compared about many different parts between Asian American and Native Hawaiian. They are two kinds of similar group. Both of them are not inside America, but have relation with America. Asian American had the other name is Pacific American. In my mind, the difference between Asian American and Pacific American is Hawaii. Hawaii is part of America but seems it had different culture. Hawaii seems a special part between Asian American and American. It is like a combination culture of Asian and America.

Question: What is the big difference between the Asian American and Native Hawaiian? Is the nationality or other?
