Fight the tower: women of color in academia manifesto

When I read the
first sentence “as women of color in academia, we are often presumed
incompetent”, I felt angry and confuse. In my mind, everyone in the world
should be the same, we should not look down upon other because the sexual or
color. They should have the equal rights and justice. In the article of “women of color in academia
manifesto”, it talked about the unfair part for women of color in academia manifesto
and showed that women of color should be group together and fights. In the
past, women of color were often abused, bullied, humiliated, subordinated and
feel inferior. But it should change now, we should in solidarity and unity to
fight. In my mind, discrimination is the worst thing in the world. Everyone in
the world should be the same, sexual and colors are only the special sign of
ourselves but not the sign for other to discriminate. When we face the
discriminate, we should not to silence. We need to stand out and fight for our
right.
Question: What can we do for stopping the discrimination?
