The article "The USA Patriot Act: A Sketch" written by Charles Doyle introduce the summary of the Patriot Acts. The Patriot Acts that passed after the 9/11 terror attack, allow the American government more power to act to remove the potential threat from terrorists to the America. The two Acts aim to prevent potential threat to the U.S., but they were used by the government as excuse to surveillances of the public and the Iraq War in 2003.

From my opinion, the terrorism attack stems on not only the radical ideas of the terrorists, but also from the fact that U.S. acts post-Imperialism during/after the cold war. It intervened a lot of different conflicts of the middle Asian/south Asian/south eastern Asian countries only to maximize its benefits and its power of control over those regions. The Vietnam War, the Iran-Iraq war, the Korean (Civil) War etc were increase hatred to the American's Imperial policies.
Question: Why is the US government exploit the policies of intervening the other countries?
