According to “Fight the Tower: Women of Color in Academia Manifesto in Prologue: Taking Action: Asian American Faculty against Injustices in the Academy”, Shirley Hune talked about Asian American discrimination. Most of the time, Asian Americans were always treated unequally, such as some Asian American workers are poor to get promotions in their workplace, and Asian Americans may get poor services in some stores, which are unfair. Asian American is harm from discrimination.

Even, for now, Asian Americans face discrimination in the wake of the coronavirus. Since the coronavirus was started from China, there is someone saying, “China is to blame”, and calling COVID-19 the “Chinese virus”. In addition, those Asian Americans experiencing violence and hate. I believed no one wants to have coronavirus. Chinese and Asian American should not be treated unequally. Those misleading words or discriminatory words could not solve the problem of coronavirus, even harm most people. 

Question： why there are so many discriminations in American? Do that people know they are discriminated against when they have discrimination?
