In fact, it reminds me to think about the speech of "I have a dream." These African Americans faced the same problem as Asian American did. However, they are brave to speak for themselves, and at the same time, they take many actions to get equal right as these white people. I feel that Asian usually are not willing to speak in front of public and bear anything silently because of the Eastern culture. However, just because of Asian people usually bear anything, which cause their unequal rights in the past.
But I have to admit that sitations of Asian American already get much better now. At least, we can go to school as other color people in U.S., and we can wear anything we want, and we can vote. I have stayed in U.S. for two years, and I have not been treated badly because of my skin. It seems like a good progress comparing to the past. Nowadays, I saw that more and more Asian Americans are willing to speak for theirselves. When they are treated unfairly, they will post it on the internet, which can cause a lot of public attentio to it. Maybe this is a good start.
I wish we can continue to fight until we have have completely equal right oneday.
Question: What can we do to fight for equal rights for Asian Aemrican?
