Objective: Our SAPSA issue is to Asian Americans and Mental Health. Have parents understand what mental illness is, and have them become an outlet/support system for their child. The model minority myth perpetuates the narrative that Asians cannot show weaknesses, so when Asians are suffering a mental illness, they are silenced.
Target Audience: The older generation of Asian American(i.e. parents).
