Our SAPSA video is the concept of imposter syndrome, a psychological syndrome in which a person doubts themselves and their worth, resulting in them seeing themselves as frauds. We are most passionate about and would like to discover why people have imposter syndrome and how people with it can see their worths and overcome it. For example, many students have imposter syndrome because they feel like they do not belong at schools of high prestige or challenging environments, especially when they see their peers thriving. We want to suggest the idea that everyone gets to where they are because they are deserving or worth more than what they think. We also want to spread awareness and make people understand the phenomenon that is known as imposter syndrome. This is intended for the general public, but it is geared specifically for young people who are finding their place.
