This week's readings began to think and construct towards a new concept and outlook. That is, the academic community will eventually put aside prejudices and disputes and become a powerful community of destiny. When I read the article"Academic Symbiosis" by Wei Ming Dariotis, the author uses many interesting metaphors, and the most interesting one is to cite fragments from classic movies to compare his ideas. Whether it was in Star Wars, the precious friendship between Asian monks, and the scene of their generous death for the goal in their hearts; or in the Grand Theft One, the director showed that countless small people through their own efforts , Together created a great miracle; and in the last Jedi Warrior, use his own behavior to change and accept gently, rather than a brutal struggle. These shining fragments of human nature, in fact, have the same reference points in ethnic studies and academic resistance to injustice and discrimination, which is very interesting and inconceivable.

There is no doubt that the world of racial prejudice in academia is a utopian concept, and I think that the author of this book has always wanted to reach a level. Obviously, so far, this idea has been too idealistic. But as we have always seen, there are many scholars and ordinary students and teachers, who are introducing various policies and ideas to work hard for this goal. In my opinion, they are countless unsung heroes working together. The awakening of civil rights thinking will inevitably lead to a faster process of democracy and justice. It seems that I have seen the day soon.

Question: In addition to continuing proposing new ideas and policies, what else can we do to accelerate the unifying and fair process of academia?
