Analysis of Boggs' piece

In "Nothing Is More Important than Thinking Dialectically," by Grace Lee Boggs, she talks of the necessity of a countercultural movement that will spark a revolution for change for a better global north. By definition, the term "dialectically" means "the art or practice of logical discussion as employed in investigating the truth of a theory or opinion." Drawing this term into its significance for the Asian American community, it should be noted that if everyone believed in the "practice of [a] community-based, socially responsible education" system, the global north would be able to reach this revolution for a better place (Boggs, 5). The world would be a place that would be socially aware of Mother Earth, instead of using all of its natural resources for a capitalistic, materialistic society. The line that resonated with me the most was when she said, "How do we live more simply so that others may simply live?" (5). The article made clear how much could change if we could just be more aware of what we were doing to the world we lived in.

Question: What are steps that we can take within our own lives to be more socially aware of our actions?
