Due to the globalization, South Korean popular cultures like K-pop music, K-dramas-known as Korean Wave-

are growing present in some U.S cities. However, in my opinion, these kind of growing present of South Korean pop culture are not only in U.S but also in all over the world. For example, some Korean reality-shows, dramas will be translate and upload to famous video websites like YouTube few hours later after releasing on Korean websites. Besides, people can upload K-pop on iTunes as long as they pay the money. This growing present of Asian pop culture-not only Korean culture in fact- is the product of globalization. Moreover, Korean government encourages these K-cultures, which gives lots of money to support the entertainment company every year. The more the government supports, the better these companies do, the more popular these K-pop, K-dramas are. Moreover, due to the globalization, more and more Asian immigrate to U.S; they also bring South Korean pop culture to American.

Question: Are there any other reasons making Korean Culture so popular in U.S?
