After read “Fight the Tower: A call to Action for Women of Color in Academic” and “Fight the tower: Women of color in academia manifesto”, I realize that there still exist discrimination of women in color even in universities. As a female international student, I realize that there are some discrimination on Asian students, which makes me ignore the discrimination exist between women in color. I remind of all the professors I have met, I find that the amount of female professors is much less that the amount of male. During the female professors, most of them are white. Although our school does not have big injustice issues of women in color, the two articles remind me that we need to realize how important we need to unit together and fight the inequality. If we do not take any action when the unfair things happen on other people in other regions, these awful things will finally happen on ourselves.

Question: How can we find a legal way to protect ours equal right?
